Stafford Inspection & Consulting Services, LLC is an accredited lumber grading and certification agency. Providing mill monitoring services to lumber mills and remanufacturing facilities.  The SIWP grade mark on lumber assures you that the manufacture and grading of the lumber to industry recognized standards has been held to the highest quality control standards.

The Stafford Inspection HT mark on lumber identifies the lumber as Heat Treated in accordance with the ISPM 15 requirements.   HT marked lumber is required for manufacture of wood packaging materials and dunnage for export shipments.  Stafford Inspection monitors the production of HT lumber to verify that the required temperatures and times were maintained to sterilize the wood.

In addition to HT and grade monitoring at the wood manufacturing facility, Stafford Inspection provides inspection and/or certification services to Companies or individuals.  These services are available to verify conformance to purchase requirements or to meet requirements of government or project regulations or local building codes.

Stafford Inspection also provides in-structure inspections of wood structures for an independent evaluation of wood and/or construction quality, evaluation of damage to a structure due to insects, decay, or fire and for rehab projects on existing structures.
